Washington, D.C. - Last night, Mr. Otto Warmbier, an American citizen and student of the University of Virginia, returned to U.S. soil by way of a Medivac flight. Mr. Warmbier was arrested by the North Korean government and sentenced to 15 years in prison with hard labor in March of 2016.
